SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

Our orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days if not earlier. Please allow a little more time during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter and sales due to the influx of orders. Should you need your order before a certain date please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. 

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 Australia wide and a flat rate shipping cost of $20 New Zealand wide with free shipping for orders anywhere in Australia or New Zealand over $100, this is automatically calculated at the checkout.

Customers will receive emailed information when your package is sent along with tracking information from Sendle. 

Delivery

All our deliveries are tracked from the Gold Coast, Queensland. All our orders are shipped with Sendle who use multiple carriers to get your order to you as fast as possible. We are happy to assist with delivery problems and will escalate any issues with our shipping company Sendle on your behalf to seek resolution. 

 

Returns

Unfortunately orders cannot be returned due to change of mind. Should you receive your order and it has been damaged or incorrect please contact us within 3 business days. Should you wish to return items please contact us hello@4pawsnaturaltreats.com

Returns that have been agreed by us:

The customer will need to pay the return shipping fee. 

Orders over 7 business days from delivery date cannot be returned 

 

International orders
